What software do you use?

Revit for modeling. Navisworks Manage for clash detection and multi-trade coordination. AutoCAD for supplementary detail work. Trimble Field Link for layout point export. Deliverables ship in whatever format your team runs — RVT, NWC, DWG, PDF, or IFC.

What's typical turnaround?

5–15 business days depending on scope and drawing complexity. Small tenant fitouts often turn in a week. Multi-story commercial with heavy coordination takes longer. We give an exact estimate on the scope call — before any work starts.

Do you work from plans, or do we need to send a Revit file?

Either. Send us PDFs, DWG files, hand sketches, or existing RVT files. We'll take whatever you have and build the model from there. If you're starting from scratch, we can work directly off the architect's drawing set.

Do you handle Trimble layout point exports?

Yes — and we've operated Trimble total stations in the field for years. If your crew hits a wall on site, we can walk them through it, help set up the machine, or come on site to run the layout ourselves.

What size jobs do you take?

Small tenant fitouts up to multi-story commercial and industrial. Our sweet spot is electrical contractors doing $20M–$100M in annual revenue. If a job isn't a fit, we tell you upfront — we don't take work we can't do well.

Do you offer prefab drawings?

Yes. Shop-ready packages with rack details, cut lists, and numbered assemblies. Your prefab foreman gets drawings that come off the truck the right length — because they were built by someone who's stood on the shop floor.

Do you do 3D scanning?

Yes. We own the scanner and run the whole workflow end-to-end — on-site laser scan, point cloud registration, and conversion into Revit-ready floor plans, renderings, or as-built drawings. Essential for retrofits and renovation work where the drawings don't match reality.

What states do you serve?

Currently on active projects in California, Texas, and Illinois — but electrical BIM is remote-first, so we deliver to contractors in all 50 states. When on-site work is needed (Trimble setup, 3D scanning, install verification), we travel.
